Acceptable stay overall
convenient location friendly staff complimentary water inconvenient floor old furnishing elevator access
The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The complimentary water at the end of the hallway was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
I was assigned a room on the 15th floor. Reaching it required using two elevators or taking stairs after the 14th floor. The rooms and furnishings seemed quite old. A refresh of the interiors would greatly improve the experience.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was close to attractions. the staff offered excellent service. the room was well maintained and i found the bed very comfortable. there was a free room upgrade, too.

The staff offered warm smiles upon arrival. The location was ideal for visiting popular attractions (a romantic adventure!). My room included a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water on each floor. There was also a washer and dryer available for guest use, with free soap.
The room decor felt quite outdated. The furniture seemed mismatched and not particularly inviting. Housekeeping was not provided daily unless requested. There were no dining facilities within the hotel itself.

location is decent, but some issues exist
unreliable internet spotty wifi
The internet access was really bad. it was slow and unreliable. i experienced spotty wifi coverage on the floor i stayed on. i actually had to leave the hotel and go sit at a starbucks just to get a steady connection, frustrating. i found it unbelievable to discover a hotel in this day and age with such poor internet. I really didn't expect that.

compact gym free laundry convenient water added value
I found the gym compact but adequate. The free laundry facilities are certainly useful. I also used the convenient water stations located on each floor. Overall these little perks add quite a bit of value .
The reception area felt small upon arrival however it was functional.
